Salary :

• $3500 sgd (RM 13K)

: Network :

• Setup, install, configure and manage network equipment like Routers, Firewall, Switches and Wireless Access Points
• Liaise with ISP for Internet Access, with good knowledge application in IGP, BGP and VPN (Meg@pop & SIP Trunk)
• Patching of Cables from ONT to network equipment
• Design IT infrastructure for client with appropriate rack and cabling planning
• Setup Remote Access for maintenance
• Identify Root of glitches and follow up with troubleshooting
• Hand-ons configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment proposed

Applications :

• Servers, Windows Server Active Directory Domain Services
• Servers Administration with new users assignment, rights management and mapping
• Email Management with care to Domain Hosting and Email Account Opening
• Workstation Management with connection to wireless access points and printer
• NAS or Storage Management
• CCTV solutions deployment on NVR and IP Cameras
• Door Access solutions deployment on Device and Software, on-premise and cloud
• RixBit (Network Monitoring) Management

RixVoice (Cloud PBX) Network Related Setup, working with Voice Engineer forsuccessful deploymentServices :

• Perform Site Survey to identify Solutions Requirement and Equipment Listing
• Coordination between various stakeholders on Project Pre- and Post- implementation
• Ensure uptime and performance of client site equipment and connectivity
• Follow up with clients to complete project checklist
• Ensure service report sign off upon project handover
• Prepare technical documentations and operation manuals
• Post deployment customer services and support

Individuals with qualification / knowledge / experience in

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics/IT/Computer Science/Telecommunications
• Cisco Certification: CCNA / CCNP or related
• Corporate End User environment with focus in Small and Medium Enterprises
• Providing technical solutions and advice to end users on systems related issues or queries.
• Working with product principle on products knowledge and to resolve technical glitches.
• Initiate continuous research for solutions to match customer\xe2\x80\x99s IT and technical requirements
• Prior experience in Linux, Database, Server Operating systems, networking and security concepts and administration of network devices e.g. Cisco routers, firewall, IPS, switches, etc.
• Good Network Knowledge for efficient data handling
• Microsoft Office application | CRM Usage
• Experience in Asterisk Based IP-PBX programming will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM11,323.75 - RM12,000.00 per month Benefits:
