The Role NI Product Analytics Solution is a Big Data analytics software that provides end-to-end solutions enabling automotive, semiconductors and electronics brand owners to protect the product quality and enhance their brand reputations in the market. The Product Analytics IT Operation Centre\'s primary function is always to ensure all IT Systems provided with maximum service delivery and performance together with a professional point of contact for all our customers\' support needs. This role is crucial to ensure the success of our customer\xe2\x80\x99s production sites around the globe and complex mission critical operations. This team also communicates and interacts frequently with other technical support teams across the globe to develop a good all-round understanding of systems and networks. Diligence and attention to detail are also part of many key skills required along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently. As an Operation Centre IT Engineer, you will be expected to contribute to the whole team from your gift of talents, intellect, experience, and enthusiasm, as well as have fun! Key Responsibilities

• Acting as first-line fault handling and escalation for IT system in general
• Proactively monitoring system performance and applying with an effective solution
• Coordinating troubleshooting session effectively with other Tier-2 or Tier-3 support teams
• Reporting and updating business stakeholders effectively when high urgency incident occurs
• Tracking incidents and requesting with ticketing system (SNOW)
• Function as the first point of escalation contact for clients and internal groups
• Identifying and document issues suitable for entry in the company\'s knowledge base
• Ensuring all client communication channels are functional and attend to 24x7
• Providing excellent customer services to both internal and external parties
• Working with flexible 24-7 rotation shift all year round
• Coordinating and completing assigned projects or tasks

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Computer/ Telecommunication Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in system/network trouble shootings
• Knowledge in Windows and Linux system administration, Networking/ Security
• Proficiency in written and verbal English as well as able to converse and write in the local language to support customers in China and Taiwan

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in semiconductor testing environment
• Database administration (SQL server) is preferred
• Candidate must be independent, self-driven, customer oriented with good interpersonal communication skills.
