The IT Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations and supporting retail, warehouse, and office systems. This role requires a hands-on individual who can work independently, coordinate with external IT vendors, and support the company's IT ecosystem in a retail and e-commerce environment.
The role focuses on execution, support, and coordination, with opportunities to grow into a more senior role as the company expands.

Responsibility
1. IT Operations & Support (Core Role)
- Provide daily IT support for:
o Office users (hardware, software, network)
o Retail outlets (POS systems, devices, connectivity)
o Warehouse and operations systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize business disruption.
- Manage user access, system permissions, and device setup.
2. Retail & System Support
- Support and maintain retail-related systems including:
o POS systems
o Inventory and basic ERP/accounting system support
o E-commerce backend support (e.g. order flow, integrations)
- Assist in IT setup for new stores, kiosks, or office expansions.
- Coordinate system changes and upgrades with external vendors.
3. Infrastructure & Vendor Coordination
- Maintain company IT infrastructure including:
o Network, Wi-Fi, and devices
o Data backup and basic security practices
- Act as the main liaison with:
o External IT support providers
o System vendors and integrators
- Monitor system stability and escalate issues when required.
4. Documentation & SOP
- Maintain basic IT documentation, including:
o System access records
o Hardware and software inventory
o IT SOPs and user guidelines
- Ensure proper handover and documentation for all system changes.
Requirement
- 3-5 years of IT experience, preferably in:
o Retail
o Distribution
o FMCG
o E-commerce or SME environment
- Exposure to retail systems (POS, inventory, ERP support) is an advantage.
- Experience working with external IT vendors or service providers.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Practical, hands-on, and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Organized and able to manage multiple support requests.
Technical Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
o Network setup and troubleshooting
o Office IT infrastructure
o Retail POS support
o System integration support (hands-on or vendor-assisted)
- Comfortable with hands-on troubleshooting and support work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,455.83 - RM5,000.00 per month
