Job Description

:



1. Provide support inclusive of CCTV and punch card machine for office and outlet user.

2. Assist user on IT matter which related to POS terminal, Software and Commercial application system.

3. Troubleshot IT Infrastructure, Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Biometric and Weighing Scale

4. Responsible of creation of SKU, Xilnex Item Code and assist on update item code

pricing.

5. Daily check on IT equipment and ensure it was in tip top and good condition.

6. Monthly housekeep and maintain IT Assets and Inventory listing.

7. Provide phone support / call if IT matter arise which need immediate attention.

8. Provide technical assistance and support for outlet. Upgrade Xilnex POS system if require

9. Involve in POS system / JERP/ERMS system implementation if require.

10. Other duties assigned by superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
