JOB DESCRIPTION:

Implement and maintain of daily network operation (network, server) which including but not limited to: Network routine performance assessment, troubleshoot the network issues and outages (LAN & WAN) Server & Storage performance, Server Backup Plan, propose & manage new network related project with proper project management. Implementation of new technologies and platforms for supporting on premise network and connectivity to cloud environment. Participates in planning design, technical review and implementation for new systems infrastructure hardware and operating systems for new initiatives and projects within the cloud environment. Perform troubleshooting, identify root cause and follow up on problem resolution until completion Coordinate with Pre-Sales team & end user relating to systems & information security issues Assist with planning and implementing application systems upgrade Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures Actively monitors and analyses user requests for hardware and network related issues. Troubleshoots any IT technical issues and resolves in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Familiar with computer-related hardware, server, networking maintenance and Microsoft products. Prepares technical and documentation Conduct onsite routine health check of the systems installed at customer base To perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. With 3 - 5 years working experience in related fields Candidates with experience and leadership qualities will be considered Knowledge in Cloud, LAN/WAN/Wireless environments, IT Security or Internet technology Experience in Windows OS, Azure Cloud Infrastructures, Active Directory, security policies set up, backup & recovery or network equipment such as routers, firewall, switches, etc Self-motivated, multi-tasking and willing to take challenges Strict adherence to policies, procedures and security practices Strong problem determination and solving skill. Ability to be a good listener and understand customers' problems or enquires, and help them solve it Good organization, analytical and troubleshooting skills

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
