The

IT Executive cum Admin

will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations, and supporting administrative functions. This dual role requires a proactive individual who can maintain IT systems, assist staff with technology-related issues, and handle general administrative duties to support the overall efficiency of the organization.

Johor Bahru - Eco Botanic, Gelang Patah.



Information Technology (IT) Responsibilities:

To support application server and system-related issues and ensure issues are addressed and resolved within target KPIs. To ensure the configuration of Cameras/Routers/Switches/Tablets and accessories are done within KPIs. Ensure maintenance is carried out as per schedule without interruption to services and business. Set up, configure, and maintain office computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Ensure issues are addressed and resolved within target KPIs. Ensure all related incidents are registered in the Helpdesk System for escalation. To ensure maintenance are carried out as per schedule without interruption to services and business. Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain company hardware, software, and network systems. Ensure data security, perform regular backups, and implement cybersecurity best practices. Involving installation/maintenance/repair of Computer Software (Operating System, Email Services, MS Office products, Antivirus, Internal Application). 1st level support for EUC involving installation/maintenance/repair of Computer Software (Operating System, Email Services, MS Office products, Antivirus, Internal Application). Handle routine IT maintenance, such as printer setups, email configuration, and resolving Wi-Fi disruptions. To ensure maintenance is carried out as per schedule without interruption to services and business. Oversee installation, configuration, and monitoring of CCTV systems in office premises. Support onboarding by preparing IT setups for new employees. Ensure deployment, relocation, and all ad-hoc requests are completed within schedule. Ensure all related incidents are registered in the Helpdesk System for escalation. Support business operation

Admin Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication. Oversee daily office operations to maintain a smooth and efficient working environment. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance, ensuring timely replenishment and servicing. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and building management on office-related issues. Manage local and international shipments, including preparing necessary documentation for customs clearance. Coordinate with logistics providers to track and ensure timely delivery of shipments. Handle import/export compliance requirements and resolve shipment-related issues. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain cost-effective and high-quality goods and services.

Requirements :

Strong understanding of the functions of IT Computer and mobile systems, hardware, software, and other peripheral equipment. Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Strong IT Support and troubleshooting Skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving. Good requirement gathering and software testing skills. Good documentation and reporting skills.
