The Senior Human Resource Executive cum Admin is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. This role involves managing recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training & development, and general office administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Functions
Manage the full HR spectrum including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance appraisal, and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files in compliance with statutory requirements.
Prepare and process monthly payroll, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Liaise with statutory bodies and government agencies such as JTK, PERKESO, KWSP, LHDN, and HRD Corp to ensure compliance and timely submission of required documentation.
Handle employee disciplinary matters, warning letters, and domestic inquiry processes in accordance with company policy and Employment Act.
Coordinate and support training, development, and employee engagement activities.
Review and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure continuous improvement.
Prepare HR-related reports and analysis for management review.
Support management in workforce planning, succession planning, and manpower budgeting.
Administrative Functions
Oversee general office administration including facilities management and office maintenance.
Handle machinery (lift) licenses (JKKP).
Manage foreign worker documentation including work permits, accommodation compliance, and liaison with JTK/Immigration.
Support management in organizing company events, meetings, and compliance audits.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records, contracts, and correspondence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of HR and Admin experience
, preferably in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of
Malaysian Employment Act
and related statutory regulations.
Experience in
foreign worker management
and
payroll processing
is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, handle confidential matters, and multitask effectively.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and HR systems.
