Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote access.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
Analyze user needs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Execute troubleshooting procedures, document incidents, and provide timely updates to users.
Implement and deploy hardware and software solutions.
Collaborate with senior IT staff on system implementations and upgrades.
Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
Provide technical documentation such as incident reports and monthly reports based on project SLA requirements.
