Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in IT support / EUC support (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply). Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN). Good communication skills, service-oriented, and able to work independently in a manufacturing environment. Willing to travel between sites if required.

Job Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals. Manage user accounts, email setups, and access rights in accordance with company policies. Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure (networks, systems, and servers) to ensure smooth operations. Ensure regular data backups, system updates, and adherence to IT security protocols. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment, repairs, and licensing. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and software licensing. Assist in the implementation of IT projects and digitalization initiatives. Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior to support IT operations and company needs.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
