? Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and management of all IT systems, including network servers, and healthcare software applications.
? Monitor system health and performance, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues promptly.
Healthcare Systems Integration:
? Ensure the seamless integration and performance of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Patient Management Systems (PMS), and other healthcare applications.
? Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive patient data. Ensure IT practices comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
? Work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure systems meet the needs of end-users and regulatory requirements.
Vendor Management:
? Manage relationships with IT service providers and healthcare technology vendors to optimize system performance and cost-effectiveness.
? Evaluate and select vendors, negotiating contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to meet organizational needs and budget.
Project Management:
? Plan and implement IT projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and clinical needs.
? Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that IT projects align with clinical, operational, and strategic needs.
? Prepare project plans, track milestones, and ensure effective communication between teams
People Management:
? Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
? Develop team members' technical skills and promote ongoing training to ensure up-to-date knowledge of emerging IT trends and tools.
? Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
? Resolve personnel issues, manage schedules, and ensure workload distribution is effective to meet operational needs
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
Strong technical knowledge of networks, servers, databases, and cybersecurity.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Experience with hospital information systems (HIS), EMR, or clinic management systems.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (PDPA).
