Looking for potential IT Executive (Earn up to RM5500)

You are responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Support and maintain IT infrastructure which includes user account management, internet access, office systems, emailing systems, printing systems, phone systems and applications support.
  • Able to work outside of normal working hours or weekends occasionally to support operations running 24 x 7. Replacement leave will be given.
  • Vendor Management; liaising with vendors for deployment and upgrades. Identifying, resolving and escalating system and network problems and ensure the service commitments are met.
  • Telecommunication planning services; to work with users to identify any requirement in terms of IT system and infrastructure and effort to determine possible solutions to satisfy business needs.
  • Perform routine backups and archival of files stored on the network to assist with disaster recovery.
  • Manage IT infrastructure such as handling servers, network/security system.
  • Monitor system and network security status and ensure compliance of IT security policy and standards.
  • Maintain and up to date record of IT inventory which includes all software licences, servers, network equipment, printers, phones and etc
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Bachelor/ Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 3 years related IT working experience, preferably in call centre environment
  • Knowledge in Genesys, PABX, Microsoft Application such as O365, Win10, Vmware, Vsphere, Cisco, and Fortigate, Ruckus platforms will be added advantage
  • Independent, good people skills and results oriented
  • Ability to communicate in English (oral and written)
  • Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
  • Can work under pressure and deliver on set goals
  • Positive work attitude and able to work in a team environment
  • People leadership experiences desired / preferred.
