Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT or any related field
At least 3 Years experiences in IT support roles
Experienced in networking hardware, CCTV, Microsoft 365
Independent and critical-thinking and willing to work put in extra hours to achieve the team objective
Able to self-manage and execute instructions given by superior
Provide timely support to users on hardware & software issues
Support superiors with any IT-related task and project that will be assigned from time to time
Setup, monitor and maintain all IT, network, CCTV and IT related equipment, to ensure all is up and running all time
Maintain IT Inventory on hardware and software licensing and compliance
Train and guide user on IT related skills, system and raising awareness on safe IT best practices
Maintain and improve IT SOP to ensure improvements and compliances
Any ad-hoc task and projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
