Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT problems in a timely and efficient manner
Document support activities and maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions
Continuously improve IT support processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT knowledge resources and documentation
Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software as needed
