Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to our team Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Learn and progress into various IT fields as you grow with the company
Requirements:
A diploma in any IT-related field
Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu; the ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Benefits: Starting salary of RM 1700, with an increase to a starting salary of RM 2000 upon successful completion of probation
