What you'll be doing?
Infrastructure Management:
Support, configure, and troubleshoot IT network infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, CCTV systems, and various hardware components to ensure seamless operations.
System Administration:
Manage domain/file servers, mail servers, and web applications; perform software installations; maintain desktops, notebooks, and peripherals.
Technical Problem Solving:
Diagnose system failures, implement corrective solutions, and provide both onsite and offsite support while proactively identifying potential risks.
Specialized System Support:
Collaborate with EBI-POS system suppliers, monitor CCTV systems across branches, and provide technical expertise for retail operations.
Who are we looking for?
Education:
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in network environments, preferably in IT/Computer Network/System/Database Administration.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of EBI POS systems is a plus, alongside understanding of software implementation lifecycles, methodologies, and platforms.
Personal Qualities:
Independent, proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt to evolving technologies.
Mobility:
Must possess own transport (travel to branch sites required).
Industry Background:
Retail environment experience in analyst/advisor roles is an advantage.
