Job Responsibilities:

Work Base Will Be In KL (HQ)

Install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks, workstations, support server systems), supporting hardware/software, user account Provide first level IT application support to users. Responsible for day-to-day operations and continuity of system application, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues, follow up with 3rd party vendors to resolve incidents in a timely manner. Maintain and creation of email user account and configure to MS Outlook Develop and maintain IT related documentation, user guides and provide system training to users. Understanding of programming language, customizing of applications and relational database. Perform daily support/operation of the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting of hardware, software, system application, telephone PBX phone system, CCTV, emails, server, printers, backup/recovery and network infrastructure. Keep track all user's issue was reported and solve the problem.
