Act as first-line support for distributor portals, ordering platforms, SFA tools, or B2B systems; manage user credentials and troubleshoot system access or data sync issues.
System and Pricing Maintenance:
Maintain accurate product pricing structures; implement promotions, rebates, or discounts in line with sales and finance team directions.
Vendor and Third-Party Liaison:
Coordinate with IT vendors for support, procurement, and maintenance; evaluate quotations and manage outsourced services when needed.
Master Data Management:
Manage product, customer, and pricing master data in ERP/CRM systems; ensure timely updates and data integrity across platforms.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate pricing, distributor sales, and performance reports; provide data analysis support for sales, finance, and supply chain teams.
System Enhancement & Process Improvement:
Participate in system upgrades, UAT, and process automation projects; propose enhancements to distributor management workflows.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with Commercial Finance teams to understand pricing structures and distributor agreements; provide user training where required.
Documentation and SOPs:
Maintain standard procedures for pricing updates, distributor onboarding, and system issue resolution.
Requirements
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business IT, or related field.
Experience
1-2 years of experience in IT operations, pricing support, or distributor systems (ERP, CRM, SFA, DMS, STP).
Experience with distributors or B2B portals is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail with understanding of pricing logic and data integrity.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with data reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal users, vendors, and service providers.
