We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Executive to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure, support our digital tools, and ensure smooth technology operations across the company.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Implement and monitor IT security protocols to protect company data.
Manage software licenses, updates, and backups.
Provide technical support to staff and assist with IT-related queries.
Research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and IT services.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in IT management or support roles.
Knowledge of networking, databases, and cloud solutions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
