Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents for users.
Maintain and update IT equipment, servers, and network infrastructure.
Perform system backups, updates, and security monitoring.
Coordinate with vendors on IT purchases, maintenance, and repairs.
Ensure IT documentation, inventory, and user records are up to date.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1-2 years of relevant IT support experience (fresh graduates considered).
Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs, printers, network, and software.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking basics, and security tools.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
