Manage & support IT Infrastructure including hardware, software, server, and network.
Provide technical support to end users, on-sites and/or remote access and troubleshoot any issues.
Escalate issues requiring urgent attention and liaison with vendors in identifying, resolving the issues and ensure the service commitments are met.
Ensure security and privacy of all computers and network.
Record and maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses and renewal schedule.
Develop technical support documentation and user manual.
Ensure all the processes adhere to the company policies and regulations.
Evaluating business processes and identify area of improvement.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional certificate/ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
1-2 years of IT support experience.
English & Mandarin.
Well verse knowledge in IT technical support, Microsoft Applications in end-user's environment, basis networking, and company equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good communication and multitasking skills.
Hardware and software installation and license management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
