Handle and respond to support tickets from users.
Help fix basic issues with business systems and applications.
Pass on more complex problems to senior support or technical teams.
Monitor systems and report any errors or problems.
Keep system data updated and correct.
Help prepare reports and organize data when needed.
Support small improvements to make daily work easier or faster.
Work with other teams, including overseas teams, to solve common issues.
Learn and use tools like RPA or Power Automate for simple automation tasks.
Look out for new tools that could help improve support or operations.
Record common problems and solutions for future use.
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to Apply !* Strong knowledge in application support and troubleshooting.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks effectively.
Experience in report generation, interpretation, and performance monitoring.
Basic experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate & Power Bi
Fluent in both English and Malay (spoken and written).
