We're Hiring: IT Executive

The IT Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization's IT systems. This includes managing daily IT activities, providing technical support to users, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring data security and regulatory compliance. The role also requires close collaboration with various departments and at least one year of experience in IT operations and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing IT Infrastructure:

Overseeing networks, servers, cloud systems, and other IT components to ensure they are functioning optimally.

Providing Technical Support:

Addressing hardware, software, and network issues for end-users, often through a help desk or support team.

Ensuring Data Security and Compliance:

Implementing and maintaining security measures, such as two-factor authentication and firewalls, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and company policies.

Managing IT Assets:

Tracking and managing IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and cloud subscriptions, throughout their lifecycle.

Monitoring System Performance:

Regularly monitoring system performance and proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.

Coordinating with Vendors:

Managing relationships with IT vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Identifying and Implementing Improvements:

Analyzing IT operations, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending and implementing solutions.

Training and Mentoring:

Providing training and guidance to IT staff and end-users on hardware, software, and IT procedures.

What We're Looking For:

Technical Proficiency:

Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and cloud computing.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Excellent ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Communication Skills:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple task/projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of IT Security and Compliance:

Understanding of IT security best practices and relevant regulations.

Experience in IT Operations:

Proven experience in an IT operations management role.

Education:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
