Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Respond to support requests from medical and non-medical staff via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Perform software deployment, testing, and commissioning activities.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and repairs.
Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and related equipment across departments.
Document support issues and resolutions, and maintain accurate records of IT assets.
Monitor and maintain the LAN/WAN infrastructure and provide remote support to users via VPN.
Support business applications such as Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and internal systems.
Guide users and determine the most appropriate solutions based on the issues and information provided.
Ensure adherence to IT policies, data security protocols, and confidentiality standards.
