System & Network Management
-Monitor and maintain the resort's IT infrastructure including servers, network, Wi-Fi systems, CCTV and access control systems.
-Ensure stable internet connectivity throughout all departments and guest areas.
-Perform routine system backups, updates and performance checks.
Hardware & Software Support
-Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, PMS/booking systems and other IT-related devices.
-Troubleshoot hardware, software and peripheral issues for staff users.
-Maintain inventory of IT equipment and accessories.
User Support & Training
-Provide technical assistance to all resort departments (Front Office, F&B, Accounts, HR, etc.).
-Train staff on proper use of systems, software applications and IT security practices.
Security & Data Protection
-Ensure system security through access control, anti-virus protection and firewall monitoring.
-Conduct regular data backup procedures and disaster recovery planning.
-Maintain confidentiality of user data and system information.
Vendor & System Coordination
-Liaise with external IT vendors for system updates, troubleshooting, maintenance contracts and system upgrades.
-Assist in evaluating new technology or system improvements to support operational efficiency.
