Job Description

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a talented and driven IT Executive to join our IT department. This role is responsible for maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, managing IT assets, and ensuring system efficiency across all company locations. Additionally, this position will oversee the entire IT operations of JYY Group, including JYY, JYNNS, and LHK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carry out routine system checks to ensure compliance and optimal performance. Set up, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, PCs, printers, and POS systems. Keep IT asset records, software licenses, and documentation up to date. Provide timely technical assistance to offices, outlets, and warehouses. Manage operating systems, updates, patches, and common applications. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users. Monitor and maintain server components and IT equipment. Oversee IT inventory to ensure proper asset tracking. Support additional IT-related tasks as required.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

Posses Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT-related roles is an added advantage. Strong networking, server maintenance, and software application skills & knowledge. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
