Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including software, hardware, servers, and networking operating systems. Perform application maintenance, including installation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. Provide

1st level support

for IT infrastructure such as printers, servers, routers, firewalls, network switches, CCTV, email, and company websites -- including basic configuration and user assistance. Conduct on-site and in-house troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network-related issues. Manage company file servers and

folder access structure

, ensuring proper permission control, backup, and data security. Administer and maintain

Synology NAS systems

,

VPN access

, and

antivirus solutions

to ensure data protection and secure connectivity. Liaise with internal users for system enhancement needs and with external vendors for quotations, software licenses, and IT-related procurements. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware, software, and IT resources; conduct periodic

IT asset and software audits

. Keep records of IT repairs, maintenance, and support logs for tracking and reporting purposes. Install and maintain proper systems for all workstations and ensure minimal downtime of all IT equipment. Provide

proactive technical support

and recommendations for long-term IT planning, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements. Source and compare quotations for laptops, hardware, and software to ensure

cost-effective procurement

. Provide necessary IT support to

Eco Group's management team and staff

at HQ and

any required project sites or locations

. Ensure

cybersecurity compliance

, data backup integrity, and the smooth running of internal systems.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum

2 years of working experience

in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure maintenance. Strong knowledge in networking, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and general troubleshooting. Experience with

cloud-based tools

VPN configuration

Synology NAS

antivirus management

. Familiar with

firewall, server configuration, and IT security protocols

. Resourceful, independent, and capable of implementing

enhancements with minimal or zero cost

. Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to support
