Responsible for providing first level information technology, networking, trouble shooting and problem solving assistance.
Serve as the functional lead for ERP across Supply Chain, WMS, and Finance.
Responsible to provide effective and efficient IT support to all end users.
Manage configuration changes, maintain documentation, and ensure proper control between DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.
Accountable to provide evaluation on the existing business process and the ERP system.
Liable to evaluate and implement new software for Secret Recipe improvement activities.
Monitor ERP performance and scheduled jobs (SSIS, data sync, report refresh), ensuring daily operational readiness.
Coordinate and respond to ERP incidents or urgent requests from management or business users when required, including after standard working hours, especially during system cutover, month-end closing, or production operation windows.
Facilitate regular review meetings with key users and department heads to align process improvements.
Responsible to safeguard company confidentiality.
Responsible to install and conduct the necessary tests for software and business processes.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): ERP Application Implementation, Microsoft Dynamics
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably specializing in ERP system.
