Provide timely end-user support for hardware and software issues to ensure smooth daily business operations.
Manage IT equipment procurement, including evaluating and recommending hardware and software solutions.
Respond to user requests, ensuring seamless access to resources and smooth operation of software applications. Including set up equipment, user accounts, permissions and passwords for new users and employees.
Administer and maintain network systems by performing upgrades, monitoring performance, and ensuring system stability including directory, group policy, firewalls and virus protection.
Troubleshoot and manage servers, email systems, network security, internet access, printers, access control systems, CCTV, and related infrastructure .
Oversee IT-related inventory and ensure compliance with software licensing requirement.
Perform data backups to ensure all company-owned work is saved.
Provide first and second level support for enterprise applications to internal users.
Perform application design, development, debugging, testing, deployment, and maintenance for ERP system.
Assists in gathering user requirements, system design, and implementation of application features.
Customize reports and data outputs as per user or department requests.
Manage SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and ensure smooth data integration with internal systems.
Conduct user training sessions and prepare relevant documentation when necessary.
Assists in the management of daily business operations and general affairs.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
