We are seeking a dynamic and innovative IT Executive to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As an IT Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organization's information technology infrastructure, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems.

Lead and manage the IT department, overseeing daily operations and long-term strategic planning Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to enhance efficiency and security Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide innovative solutions Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data Oversee the implementation and maintenance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans Fostering a culture of innovation and excellence Report on IT performance metrics and project status to senior management

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT roles Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing large-scale IT projects Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with budget management and resource allocation Proficiency in project management methodologies Knowledge of industry standards and best practices (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus
