Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the company's Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) are operating efficiently at all times. Maintain and troubleshoot all company IT equipment, servers, and software to ensure smooth daily operations. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all IT hardware, software, and licenses. Manage procurement of IT equipment and software -- from request, purchase, receipt, and payment to asset registration. Ensure all IT assets are properly registered, transferred, or disposed of in accordance with company policy. Implement, monitor, and record preventive and corrective maintenance for all ICT assets. Conduct periodic inspections to ensure all IT equipment is in good working condition. Report and manage incidents involving damage, malfunction, or loss of IT assets promptly. Upgrade and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including network performance and security features. Detect and take immediate action on any network instability or system failure. Perform network and information system security assessments (Security Assessment & Risk Assessment). Ensure centralized management of network traffic and prevent unauthorized network connections or access points. Create a dedicated testing environment for new IT hardware and software. Monitor network usage and prepare reports for management when required. Provide user support, training, and guidance for system or software-related issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems support business operations effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.

1 year of working experience

in IT support, system administration, or network management. (fresh graduate with no experience is encourage to apply) Experience in PHP (Laravel framework) is an added advantage but not compulsory Basic understanding of cybersecurity, DNS, and firewall configuration. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
