Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
Manage and monitor local networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, and data security protocols.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
Support staff in resolving IT-related problems promptly and efficiently.
Liaise with external vendors for IT equipment and service maintenance.
Assist in implementing new IT systems, software, and digital initiatives.
Maintain an updated IT asset inventory and documentation.
Ensure compliance with the company's IT and data security policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education:
Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
0-3 years of working experience in IT support or a related role.
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common office applications.
Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Soft Skills:
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Language:
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possession of own transport
will be an added advantage.
