Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

-Direct reporting to the Finance Manager - Control & maintain ERP system production - Perform troubleshoot on hardware/ software for internal staff & client side - Conduct daily IT task (server check, data backup) - Managing the network connectivity - Provide Level 2 IT support - Prepare the IT related reports regularly. - To provide IT related support services to the users in the group, included day-to-day troubleshooting the issues/errors that reported from the users. - To proactively monitor IT security, anti-virus, windows patches for entire company IT devices. - Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses in the group. - Ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships. - Ability to work with minimal support and as part of a team. - Analyze IT issues from various perspectives and recommend practical and cost-effective alternatives and solutions. - Provide guidance and assistance to team member on issue handling, dealing with vendor and end-user. - Lead the IT department towards functioning more efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English Minimum 1 year relevant working experience preferably from medium to large corporate. Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
