Install and set up PCs, POS systems, and peripheral devices
Install POS-related software and ensure system functionality
Repair or replace computer and electrical hardware as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve store equipment and device issues
Arrange equipment replacement, repair, and ordering
Inspect and maintain CCTV systems
Requirements
Language:
Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
Education:
SPM or below
Experience:
6months - 1year in a related field
Skills:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Experience with POS systems or CCTV setup (advantageous)
Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems independently
Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
Possess own transport and willing to travel to store locations nationwide (including HQ office) - reimbursement provided !*
