Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and system issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Manage and monitor network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and servers
Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes are regularly tested and updated
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
Assist with onboarding/offboarding employees with proper IT setup and access rights
Support internal systems such as email, VPNs, cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), and business applications
Collaborate with vendors and service providers when required
Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in IT
