Responsibilities:

-
Provide on-site and remote technical support for users regarding IT related issues; including setup and maintenance of PC hardware and software
-Support a 24x7 production environment
-To ensure Client Support is ISO 27001 compliant
-Maintain antivirus activity and Windows Software Update Services
-Perform small to medium scale IT project management and implementation
-To ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeline
-Participate actively in process documentation as well as policies and procedures enforcement
-Provide recommendations and ideas for continuous improvement and enhancement for reducing hours of onsite support
-Monitor and ensure service level agreement (SLA) is met
-Manage license software and able to track the records without any delay
-Plan to reduce waste of IT hardware to follow company procedure as Go Green

Requirements:

-Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related fields; or
-Diploma with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
-Must be positive, hardworking and able to work within tight schedule and meeting deadlines
-Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication in English
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills
-Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision
-Fresh graduates are encouraged
