Monitor applications, platforms, systems, or solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Analyse Company Performance
Perform User Acceptance Test
Document & update resolutions, processes, and procedures.
User training and guide for new user, new system implementation and process.
IT Project Implementation.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
