Key Responsibilities

Web Development (Primary Focus)

Intranet Development: Build and maintain the company Intranet and Sub-intranets using PHP (Native or Framework), creating digital forms and workflows to replace manual paper processes. SSO Integration: Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) to allow employees to log in to the Intranet using their Microsoft 365 credentials (SAML/OIDC). Company Website: Manage and update the corporate website, ensuring uptime, security, and regular backups. Database Management: Maintain MySQL/SQL databases for internal applications, ensuring data integrity and performance.
System Administration (Backup Role)

Active Directory (AD): Serve as the backup administrator for on-premise Active Directory (User management, GPO, Security Groups). Microsoft 365: Assist in managing the M365 Admin Dashboard (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online) and license assignments. Server & Hosting: specific Manage web hosting environments (cPanel/Plesk/Linux CLI) and DNS configurations for company domains.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in Web Development with exposure to IT Infrastructure. Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. System Knowledge: Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and Microsoft 365 Administration. Security: Experience implementing secure logins (SSO/LDAP) and understanding of basic web security (SQL Injection prevention, SSL, etc). Independence: Proven ability to work without a mentor and troubleshoot technical issues independently.
