for a newly setup BPO operations in KL to provide smooth, reliable technology support across the business. This role will handle technical troubleshooting, drive IT operations, and support global projects that keep our business running efficiently.
What You'll Do
Helpdesk Service Delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain a structured knowledge base for faster issue resolution.
Provide high-quality technical support to business users, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Internal IT Operations
Act as the go-to expert for Helpdesk operations.
Oversee IT functions such as tech procurement, laptop management, Windows system administration, and video/audio conferencing support.
Partner with IT teams globally to improve efficiency and service standards.
Project Involvement
Lead or support IT initiatives across regions and functions.
Implement technical solutions, manage risks, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in IT service delivery.
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows systems, hardware, and conferencing tools.
Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite, basic knowledge of Network and Server
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
Strong hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting;
Experience in Linux and Windows server administration is a plus.
Experience in network operations management is also preferred.
Experience in IT procurement and asset management is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
