Open Position: IT Infrastructure Analyst (Financial Service Company)
A Financial Service Company is currently hiring an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities including:
- Holder of Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or in any related field.
- More than 7 years working in Information Technology or in IT related field and experienced managing Banking IT infrastructure.
- Ensure to exhibit strong end-to-end troubleshooting skills for system, network or application.
- Create and/or uphold IT operational reports, regulations, and procedures
- Learn and comply with validation requirements, standard-operating procedures (SOP), project quality model (PQM) and change control maintenance for product life cycle.
- Respond to the alarms sent by all monitoring systems by taking the appropriate action.
- Having an IT related professional certificate are preferable
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
