Position : IT Infrastructure Architect

Salary : RM 5,000 - RM 11,000

Location : KL Eco City

Working Hours : Mon - Fri (10am - 7pm)

Job Scope

1. Drive the definition of infrastructure architecture and roadmap including:

Architecture vision, principles, standards (including standard products and platforms) and policies.

Target state blueprints and roadmap for infrastructure architecture strategy.

Maintain and facilitate the process for infrastructure lifecycle management

2. Define and champion the use of the infrastructure standards, procedures, and best practice within the team.

3. Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.

4. Socialize and secure support for infrastructure architecture strategy and roadmap from key stakeholders.

5. Lead analysis of the current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.

6. Monitors and ensures compliance to corporate control standards for quality and security.

7. Coordinate and ensure consistency in process and content across infrastructure architecture.

8. Participate in relevant solution design review activities to ensure alignment to infrastructure architecture, infrastructure strategies and architecture principles.

9. Review proposed infrastructure designs.

10. Provide technical leadership and escalation support for the resolution of defects, incidents and problems during the testing, implementation and transition phases of the programs and projects.

11. Proactively draw out all types of requirements on the IT Infrastructure from stakeholders by using a variety of elicitation techniques (e.g., interviewing, modelling, and surveying)

12. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details and distinguish users requests from the underlying business problems.

13. Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.

Requirements

1. 3 or more years of product analyst related experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in technical writing for fintech, blockchain, crypto and web3 industry. Intermediate knowledge in software development, web applications, prototyping tools, and related subject matter.

2. Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design. Excellent strategic project management and time management skills.

3. Strong ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, and appropriately prioritize.

4. Logical, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

5. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.

6. Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn.

7. Team player mentality; bring teams and partners together to coordinate and align on

8. initiatives and be able to build positive relationships Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM11,000.00 per month
