The Project Admin Intern will support the project team in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects. The role involves assisting with documentation, communication, and tracking progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project Planning:
Assist in preparing project plans, including defining scope, timelines, and resource needs.
Task Coordination:
Support in coordinating tasks with team members and monitoring progress.
Documentation:
Help maintain project records such as schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
Communication:
Assist in sharing project updates with stakeholders and ensuring smooth information flow.
Risk Management:
Provide support in identifying and reporting risks or issues that may affect project delivery.
Quality Assurance:
Participate in ensuring deliverables meet standards and requirements.
Education, Skills, and Knowledge
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Interest in project management within the IT sector.
Basic understanding of software development or web technologies is an advantage.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
