Responsible and accountable for the following tasks:
Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, and network issues).
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
Help maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
Support the IT team in troubleshooting network and connectivity problems.
Perform regular system updates and basic maintenance tasks.
Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management.
Document IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions.
Help ensure compliance with IT policies and data security practices.
Provide on-site or remote technical assistance as required.
Support other IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
