All about the role:
This is a Intelligent Automation (RPA) IT Lead, Digital Productivity - RPA, APAC & MEA role. You have to understand business processes mainly Finance and Supply Chain and translate those to technical solution. Design RPA architecture, provide guidance and expertise to technical team & resolve technical issues. Co-ordinate with Infrastructure, Application, and business teams. Should be a good team player.

What you\'ll do:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements, and subsequently translate them into technical solutions.
• Provides guidance and expertise to the RPA team. Oversee the development of automation workflows, scripts, and bots, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Resolves technical issues and provides innovative solutions to complex automation challenges.
• Design the RPA architecture, and ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the RPA solutions.
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of the deployed RPA solutions.
• Preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to end-users with the implemented RPA solutions and their usage.
• Manage user access/permissions and provide end-user guidance.
• Promotes a culture of continuous improvement within the RPA team.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, technologies, and best practices, and drive innovation by exploring new automation opportunities, evaluating emerging tools, and proposing process enhancements.

Who You Are?

• Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computers / IT or other relevant disciplines with
• Tools knowledge- Robotics Process Automation tools viz. Blue PRISM, UiPath, or other similar platforms.
• Certified, Blue Prism developer is ideal
• Minimum of 10+ years with relevant 6 + experience is necessary in RPA.
• Experience in programming (VB, C#, .NET, C++, Java, Python etc.) is good to have.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, load balancers, routers, switches, etc;
• Working knowledge of one or more of the following - Amazon Web Services (EC2/EBS), Microsoft Azure Infrastructure, and vmWare vCloud Director/vmWare vSphere.
• Good understanding of Enterprise data models, Database technologies, cloud computing.
• Project Coordination/Project Management Skills.
• Good understanding of various SDLC models / testing methodologies.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills.
• Thirst to learn and become a leading expert in Robotic Process Automation.
• Enthusiastic and unprompted attitude for implementing and developing new operations.
• Experience on SAP automation preferred.
• Good to have SAP Finance process knowledge.
