Requirements

• Direct the IT team in planning, implementing, and managing technology solutions to support various business units.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company\'s overall objectives and long-term goals.
• Manage the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth.
• Work closely with other business units to identify technology needs and provide innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining data security and integrity at all times.
• Oversee the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximizing return on investment.
• Lead projects to modernize IT infrastructure, implement new systems, and improve existing ones, driving technological advancement and operational excellence.
• To ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets in the company are protected.
• To administer and enforce IT Security Policies, Procedures, Standards and Processes to all IT systems and networks.
• Conduct security awareness training to promote awareness in the organization.
• Support IT audit tasks (Internal Audit and External Audit).
• To report promptly any breach of law, regulation, the company\xe2\x80\x99s code of conduct or other company policies and guidelines.
• To review IT assets: NDA, software licenses and service maintenance agreement with proper tracking.
• Involve in the development and implementation of security program to raise the level of IT security awareness within IT department.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System or any related fields.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies, with a proven track record of staying ahead of industry trends.
• Preferable 8-10 years of IT exposure in service provider or financial institution.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex IT transformation projects from conception to completion.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good report writing for progress update or incident reporting.
