Responsibilities

IT Management

\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement IT strategy, policy and system with the harmonization of the parent company\'s IT policy

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with business stakeholders to drive IT digitalization initiatives, exploit new and emerging technologies for implementation

\xc2\xb7 Provides IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap

\xc2\xb7 Oversee the operations, functioning of IT systems and IT personnels in the Asia

\xc2\xb7 Develop, improve and ensure compliance of I.T. policies at all user level

\xc2\xb7 Lead IT projects for division Electronics and the Shared Services Center

\xc2\xb7 Establish and execute the transition plan of Oracle ERP to SAP ERP

Cyber & IT Security

\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement security specifications/ guidelines/ architecture

\xc2\xb7 Lead the Security-Incident Response process, especially for incident response mitigation and interface with forensic evaluations

\xc2\xb7 Implement Information Security Management System (ISMS) with the IT organization

\xc2\xb7 Implement and oversee the process of IT security audits and certifications

\xc2\xb7 Provide support in ensuring data protection

\xc2\xb7 Conduct risk analyses and identify counter measures and solutions

\xc2\xb7 Provide advice, recommendation and training in building awareness in Information Security and Cyber Security matters

\xc2\xb7 Conduct training to establish role-specific knowledge in Cyber Security

\xc2\xb7 Ensure security practices and standards compliance

\xc2\xb7 Ensure stakeholders are held accountable for information security controls and understand responsibilities in risk mitigation and remediation

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with regional business and global security officer to identify and implement process changes for improvements and ensure solid security practices

\xc2\xb7 Interdisciplinary collaboration work with personnel from Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Global Security, DISO, Works Council, IT Infrastructure from the parent company in Switzerland and external service provider

\xc2\xb7 Serve as a key contact to the IT personnel of parent company in Switzerland

\xc2\xb7 Oversee and manage the security of company database of all IP portfolio (e.g. patents, copyright etc.)

Requirement

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 At least 10 years of IT practical experience including 5 years of successful IT managerial position in a manufacturing company

\xc2\xb7 Strong Experience project management. Transition of SAP ERP is an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership & organizational skills

\xc2\xb7 Goal-oriented and self-driven individual equipped with strategic and operational thinking

\xc2\xb7 High integrity and loyalty

\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin

\xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel

\xc2\xb7 At least 2 days a week at Singapore Office
