Position Title IT Manager Industry Automotive OEM Manufacturer Location Penang, Perai. Salary RM 8,000 - RM 12,000 Job Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and maintain system plan, implement IT policies to ensure data accuracy and security
\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze the business processes and requirements and translate it into IT solutions
\xe2\x97\x8f Recommend appropriate technologies for IT infrastructure and systems that can effectively drives and serves the company\'s needs
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor IT performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and retain strong functional capabilities and skills with IT through employee development such as conduct training relevant in IT
\xe2\x97\x8f Supervise and motivate IT team to work collectively and efficiently
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with IT team to ensure that technology, infrastructure and operational requirements are met
\xe2\x97\x8f Plan and execute the department budget, understand the cost and benefits to the business
\xe2\x97\x8f To undertake any other tasks, assignments or projects as assigned by Top Management from time to time Experience Needed
\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Information & technology related field (Software/infra)
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work within a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication and leadership ability
\xe2\x97\x8f Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage.
\xe2\x97\x8f Accountability and willing to take up ad-hoc projects
\xe2\x97\x8f IT experience in Manufacturing is needed, ERP/ SAP
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in SDLC or strong IT infrastructure knowledge is high appreciated. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month Benefits:
