Position: IT Manager x 1 pax Salary range: Depend on last drawn salary & experience Work location: Puchong, Selangor Reporting to: HOD-IT Dept: IT, Project & Procurement Role Summary: Responsible for cost estimation and technical and commercial proposal preparation for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns and skids/ modules or other pressurised or non-pressurised equipment according to client specification. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform preliminary design calculations for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks & etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare preliminary equipment material specifications and material take offs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare cost data base for unit pricings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare cost estimation on proper spread sheet using proper estimation meteorology. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inquiry for preliminary quotations for materials, etc to support pricing \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare technical and commercial proposals per clients RFQ or ITB. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to clarification proposals have been duly approved by the Management according to the limit of Authorities in the Company policy prior to the proposal being relieved to clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that all proposals have been duly approved by the Management according to the limit of Authorities in the Company Policy prior to the proposal being relieved to clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other tasks or projects assigned by immediate superior or department head as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Job Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma/Degree in IT or Computer Science/Networking or related \xe2\x80\xa2 8 years work experience preferably with ERP and SAP system experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge & experience in Microsoft Office, 365 and setup/ installation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent computer troubleshooting skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Diligent, responsible and good team spirits Employee Benefits as below: 1) Yearly Promotion & annual increment 2) Quarterly performance review & bonus 3) Project Bonus 4) Annual Bonus 5) Go aboard for further study 6) Monthly Hardship allowance About The Company : The company is a strategic joint venture between company in Japan and fabricator\xe2\x80\x99s company in Malaysia.
