The IT Manager leads the institution's IT infrastructure, systems, and digital enablement, ensuring operational reliability, cybersecurity, and scalable technology support for academic and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage IT infrastructure, systems, and user support Oversee system security, access control, and data protection Lead IT team performance, task prioritization, and escalation handling Coordinate system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery plans Partner with Digital, Academic, and Operations teams on system integration Manage IT vendors, licenses, and budgets
Technical & Leadership Competencies
Network & systems administration Cybersecurity fundamentals IT project & vendor management Cloud tools & SaaS platforms Team leadership and stakeholder management
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
