The IT Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure and systems. This includes overseeing hardware, software, network security, and business applications such as email systems to ensure seamless daily operations. The IT Manager plays a key role in implementing technology strategies, safeguarding company data, and supporting internal departments with reliable IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management
Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure including servers, network systems, hardware, printers, and software.
Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, email systems, and business applications.
Manage user access, backups, and system performance to ensure stable and secure IT operations.
2. Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Implement and enforce IT security measures to protect company systems and confidential data.
Monitor system security to prevent unauthorized access, malware, or data breaches.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPA).
Regularly back up critical data and test disaster recovery procedures.
3. User Support & Helpdesk
Provide timely technical support to all employees on hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage email account creation, access, and maintenance.
Coordinate with HR for onboarding/offboarding to ensure smooth IT access setup and removal.
Maintain and update IT inventory and licensing records.
4. Strategic IT Planning & Implementation
Develop and implement IT strategies to align with business goals.
Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and automation.
Manage IT projects, budgets, and vendor contracts to support operational needs.
Support digital transformation initiatives, including system upgrades and integrations.
5. Vendor & System Coordination
Liaise with external vendors and service providers for equipment, software, and system support.
Evaluate and recommend suitable IT solutions to improve company productivity.
Oversee system maintenance schedules and upgrades with minimal disruption to operations.
6. Leadership & Compliance
Supervise and guide IT team members in daily operations and project execution.
Ensure proper documentation of IT procedures, policies, and systems.
Maintain compliance with company IT standards and legal regulations.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
