Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

IT Manager

to oversee our organization's technology infrastructure, security, and strategic IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage both physical and virtual servers, support medical IT systems, ensure network security, and drive continuous improvement in IT operations and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and implement information technology strategies aligned with organizational goals. Manage physical servers and virtualized environments. Provide technical support for medical IT equipment and healthcare systems. Research, recommend, and implement technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Lead IT staff to achieve departmental objectives, including performance planning and appraisals. Safeguard assets through robust disaster recovery, backup, and information security measures. Develop and manage comprehensive IT and cybersecurity strategies. Protect systems by defining and enforcing access controls, privileges, and resource management policies. Identify and report IT irregularities, security breaches, or system inefficiencies. Conduct regular IT security and operational audits. Upgrade and maintain system security controls and protocols. Configure and manage firewalls, routers, and switches to ensure optimal network performance and security. Design, implement, and optimize network infrastructures. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability. Investigate and resolve faults within the IT environment promptly and efficiently. Contribute to cross-functional team projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience managing IT systems, servers, and networks. Strong understanding of information security principles and best practices. Experience with virtualization, networking, and medical IT systems is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
